"Restrictions running with this land, for a period of 80 years from this date of 14th March 2025,- to use the premises as a private C3 use class dwellinghouse and not to carry on any business, non resident employee workplace or trade thereon, and for the avoidance of doubt, the use of the premises for the business of a care home or small HMO, including under classes C2 (incl. Covenant Boost

We will add a neighbourhood Covenant restriction boost at the Land Registry. Note you will need to get surrounding neighbours in a cluster to make this fully effective so they are protected from your property and you from them

  • Covenant restriction boost £225 These only work with like minded neighbours that want to exclude private profit C2 and any C4 Use whatsoever. once completed any neighbour would need to go to the Land Registry to create the restriction to make it future proof and in support of Authors original intention.
  • The product is designed to make a neighbourhood be able to force a T379 request at the land registry at a cost of around £1700 before Legal Costs of the attempting breaching Party. If they do not go and this restriction is in place we can help with the Action / Remedy process.
  • You would be written to by the Land Registry should anyone in the Cluster attempt to remove the  Restriction.
